Our client is an American social entrepreneur who wants to establish multiple interdependent decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) to build sustainable solutions and utopian cities. The following challenges lied ahead of us in fulfilling the client’s requirements -

  • Lack of similar references
  • Our client wanted to set up a unique platform for which there were no references where either of us could pick up relevant information

  • Match content with web design
  • Our client wanted us to produce content as per the website design chosen by him. It meant that we had to adhere to the character limitations of the design to maintain its integrity

  • Build social following from scratch
  • Our client had garnered a small fan following on one social media channel but with a different brand positioning. When we took over the social media optimization responsibilities from the client we had to update existing audiences about the new developments as smoothly as possible. The major challenge, however, was to attract the attention of relevant social media users to increase follower count and engagement organically

Solution

Our team of content writers, digital marketers, and graphic designers were successful in matching the client’s expectations. Here’s how we overcame the content development and digital marketing challenges -

  • Conducting multiple interviews to understand the client’s vision
  • The primary challenge for us was to clearly articulate the client’s vision. It required us to hold several meetings with the client with action points for both parties at the end of each meeting.   • Making several iterations to the content
  • Overcoming the design limitations meant that we had to focus on conveying the key benefit of the ecosystem the client was seeking to build. We revised the content several times with feedback from the client and our research about the motivations of the client’s target audience

  • Creating high-quality graphics and engaging in social conversations
  • With the website content in place, our team had a foundation to base the marketing communications on. Our designers and writers worked together to create images and captions that pique the interest of our client’s target audience. In addition, we created blog posts that provide a clear roadmap of how the ultimate goal can be achieved with AI DAOs featuring social smart contracts and self-sovereign identity. To increase the followers on social media, we evaluated the most relevant hashtags to discover users engaging with them. We targeted the users by engaging with their updates and conversing with them.
